Q - What is the postage deadline?
A - We despatch all of our CD Card orders received by 2pm the same day from our UK Office in Tring, Herts.

Q - Do you post the CD cards by First Class?
A - Yes. All CD Cards are posted by First Class. The Postage and Packaging cost is included in the card price.

Q - Can you guarantee next day delivery?
A - 90% of UK deliveries will arrive the next day, unfortunately 10% can take up to three days. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to email or call us on +44 (0) 1296 668193 (9am - 5pm)

Q - Can I order CD Cards to be sent to my own address for myself to fill in and post?
A - Yes. You can purchase the CD Cards from our other site at www.paradisemusiccards.co.uk

Q - How do I know my order is secure?
A - We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. All Payments are processed through WorldPay's secure server. We do not keep any credit card information on our site. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Also we will never share, sell, or trade your personal information to other parties.

Q - What about faulty items and refunds?
A - CD Cards should arrive in excellent condition. If, for any reason, a product arrives faulty then Paradise Music will immediately replace the damaged item or refund in full. For a full refund, the faulty item must be returned to Paradise Music Ltd. Paradise House, PO Box 998, Tring, HP23 4ZJ
